Weekly homework
Dear Third Grade Families, Can you believe we take the EOG next week?!?!?!? In class we are preparing by reviewing concepts taught earlier in the year in both reading and math. At home, your child will continue preparing by using those previously learned skills to find proof in the text for their reading responses and to dodge the tricks the test-makers throw into math problems. Each night, your child is expected to read for 20-30 minutes and complete the assigned reading and math homework. The reading and math homework should show evidence of thoughtful completion (i.e. underlining textual evidence/showing math thinking). Please assist your child with their homework, even if they say they don't need it. We want to make sure all of the third graders are understanding the concepts and skills taught this year and we need your help in doing so. Below, you will find the math homework for the week. Best, The Third Grade Team
